VIRGINIA BEACH—Shelby Jean McGhee Fant, 68, of the 1000 block of College Park Boulevard, died February 14, 2005 in Virginia Beach. A native of Fries, VA, she was the daughter of the late Edna Shupe McGhee and the wife of the late Jimmie S. Fant. She was a retired lab technician with Chesapeake General Hospital.

Surviving are one daughter, Kimberly J.Williams Becker and her husband, Paul of Honolulu, HI; one son, Bradford L. Fant of Virginia Beach; her father, Robert R. McGhee of Farmville, VA; one sister, Sally Soderholm and her husband, Roland of Virginia Beach; two brothers, John M. McGhee of Chesapeake and Robert R. McGhee, Jr. and his wife, Martha of Fredericksburg, VA; one grandson, Matthew J. Fant; one sister-in-law, Sharon Whealton of Chesapeake; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in Graham Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel with Rev. Amos Eby officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. Please share a memory with the family at www.grahamfuneralhome.com.
