This package includes basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; Use of Facilities and Staff for visitation, reception or Memorial Service at the funeral home or conducting service at other location; Transfer of remains to funeral home; refrigeration; and crematory fee. Identification is required by the Commonwealth of Virginia.  The following merchandise is include: Memorial Register Package ($165) and Memorial Video Book ($250).  Please select one of the four options to select a cremation container required by the state.

1) Container provided by purchaser includes above described services and merchandise $5,485

2) Encased Cremation Container($295) does not include family Identification, ID is done by photo.  Package Total $5,780

3) Encased Container/ID Viewer ($395) with family identification. Package Total $5,880

4) Encased Cremation Artisan Container ($575) with family identification. Package Total $6,060

Cash advance items to be added will be sales tax (6%), required Medical Examiner fee ($100) and death certificates ($12 ea).  As well as any other items requested by family.
