For Church service additional automotive will be necessary and added.
CREMATION with a Memorial Service, visitation or reception $5,485
Includes: Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff; Facilities and Staff for Memorial Service/visitation, use of reception room; memorial register package ($165), Memorial Video Book($250); Transfer of remains to funeral establishment, refrigeration; and crematory fee. Following items will be added cremation container, medical examiner fee, death certificates and sales tax.
DIRECT CREMATION $3,275
Items to be added: cremation container, medical examiner fee, death certificates and sales tax.
Our charge for direct cremation (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; local transfer of remains to funeral home; private family identification prior to cremation; transfer of remains in van to or from crematory; and crematory fee.
IF DECEASED IS:
- 301 TO 349 LBS THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $150
- 350 LBS OR MORE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $300 WILL APPLY
Cash Disbursed Items such as:
Medical Examiner Fee, Obituary, Death Certificates, Flowers, Honorariums, etc. or any other cash disbursed items that may be needed or requested will be added to Statement of Goods and Services. Refrigeration must take place 48 hours after we take custody of the remains and is required by the Commonwealth of Virginia; these charges will be added as necessary; If permission to embalm is authorized by the next of kin then refrigeration will not be necessary. Cremations will be provided by a local family owned crematory that we have decided to contract with and that meets the same standard of ethical care and consideration that Graham Funeral Home provides to all the families we serve.
