Chesapeake: Joseph Edward Peberdy, 34, passed away October 22, 2011. He was a native of Philadelphia, PA and worked as a welder with Osborn Welding. Left to cherish his memory is his children, Paige and her mother, Robin, J.J. and his mother, Angela, Dylan and his mother, Sara, Riley and his mother, Amber; his mother, Dorothy Peberdy; grandmother, Dorothy Gilbert; brother, Christopher Peberdy; Aunt and Uncles, Margaret, George, Robert and Frankie; his best friend, Lenny and many other family members and friends.
