Dee, I was on leave and did not learn of Jack's passing until now. Please know how important Jack was to all of his "girls" in the DLQA--barely a day has gone by that we have not spoke about him. He set the standard that all of us have tried to follow since he left. He taught us all more than we can say, and customers still speak kindly of Jack and appreciate what he did for them. This is what makes a man's legacy--the kindness he showed others. That was Jack.
