CHESAPEAKE – Edgar Watts “Jackie” Harlowe, III, 69, of the 1300 block of Debbs Lane went to be with the Lord November 25, 2010 in Virginia Beach. A native of Mineral, VA, he was the son of the late Edgar W. Harlowe, Jr. and Ella Cowling Harlowe and the husband of Delayne P. Harlowe.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebekah Harlowe. He was also a member of Centerville Baptist Church and a supervisor with the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.

Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Michael Harlowe and his wife, Brenda; and daughter, Lee Harlowe; five grandchildren, Shane, Ian, Rebekah, Gabriel and Elizabeth; two brothers, Glen Harlowe and his wife, Pam and Nicky Harlowe and his wife, Barbara.

A funeral service will be held at Mineral Baptist Church, Mineral, VA, on Monday, November 29, 2010 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Jerry Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Mineral Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road.
