My Aunt ada is very special to me for many reasons. First she took care of me as a child till just a few years ago when she moved to Virginia/ Florida. I loved to lay in bed with her and scratch her back for hours and just talk. We did that almost every Sunday afternoon growing up. Did I mention I got a penny for each scratch. She curled my hair and played games with me a lot. Then she was a great Aunt to my children. She babysat them for Brian and I all the time. She said we needed to get away. She almost drowned them once while bathing them. Boy did she cry. she took me on numerous trips that I can not recall how many. My favorite was to Virginia to show her and Brian where I went to college and to see the sights. My other is to Tennesse and her and I where on the Ralph Emery show. Too crazy!!! she loved to sing hymns in the car while traveling to stay awake and she also had tootsie pops to suck on. I loved how she got mad at me for laughing when she did the exact same thing herself. I will miss that laugh. Thanks Auntie Ada for all the special memories and for being there when I needed you. You were the best and i hope I can be the kind of Aunt to my neices and nephews like you were to me and even better just for you. Love you Aunt Ada P.S. go pickles and black olives!!!
