USS Biddle CG-34
I briefly worked for Chief Boats aboard the Biddle. He was an outstanding Chief, and took took time with all the young men under him. He was influential in helping me transfer out of Deck Division as I became a radioman on board USS Biddle. He had the unique ability of being both tough and kind. He took great pride in the appearance of Biddle and brought professionalism and leadership to the Deck Division. We were both from Connecticut and that gave us something we could relate to. Thoughts and prayers to his family. Fair Winds and Following to Master Chief Boats. You will be missed.
