Graham Funeral Home

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Garnett Liptrap can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

Our Mom

Babies have always been a big part of Mom's life.  Besides raising her own, she was also the babysitter of her neighborhood.  She watched the children of her neighbors before and after school.  When her own children had babies, she watched her grandchildren, too.  It didn't stop there; she also watched her great-grandchildren!

Mom loved her church.  She attended church services, Sunday school, and social functions.  Her chicken casserole was always a big and was requested at functions she attended.  None of it ever made its way home.  Her neighbors even requested it for their family gatherings, buying the ingredients for her to make it for them.

At Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter, we always looked forward to her potato salad and dressing.  They can never be duplicated.

Mom was always a phone call away.  You could go and see her whenever you wanted to.  She loved family and friends, never too tired to take time for them.  Mom loved her home, especially her flowers.  She had a green thumb.

You are at peace now with Dad, our hearts ache, but we are happy for you.
