Garnett Daniels  Liptrap
Garnett D. Liptrap passed away at the age of 84 on August 21, 2015, in the home of her daughter in South Mills, NC. Garnett was born in West Virginia to the late, Otto and Virginia Justice Daniels. Besides her parents she was also predeceased by her loving husband of 47 years, Ira B. Liptrap. She was a member of South Norfolk Baptist Church. Garnett and Ira raised five children and helped raise a grandson. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Bunny Felstow and her husband, Dan, Barbara Wiseman and her husband, Robert; sons,Clyde Daniels and his wife, Debbie, John Liptrap and his wife, Debbie, Jimmy Liptrap and his wife, Woong Hee, and Larry "Punk" Freeman and his wife, Jennifer; she is also survived by nine additional grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Charles Daniels.

A service to celebrate her life will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2015, at 11 am at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake with Rev. David Slayton officiating. Burial will follow at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home on Monday, August 24, 2015, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Memorial donations may be made to South Norfolk Baptist Church, 1101 Chesapeake Avenue, Chesapeake, VA 23324.
