Thomas H. Tise, Jr.
Thomas Henry Tise, Jr., 66, of Virginia Avenue passed away December 19, 2012 in Norfolk. He was born in South Norfolk to the late Thomas H. and Evelyn R. Tise. Tommy retired from Navy Inactive Ships; was formerly employed at Supervisor of Shipbuilding and Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He was the Past President and current treasurer of the South Norfolk Ruritan Club, past trustee with the Fraternal Order of Eagles #795 and a member of the Chesapeake Sports Club.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Alma MacDougall Tise; son, Brian(Angie); step-daughters, Tracey(Drew) and Karen;step-son, Ryan; nine grandchildren who affectionately called him “Pop Pop”; brother, Steve Tise(Roxane);and a niece, Tammie(Marty) and their son.
A service to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 11 am at Graham Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest beside his parents at Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, December 21, 2012 from 6 to 7:30pm.
