Condolence: I am sorry for your loss Karen, and family. I remember your grandma always being dressed with her makeup just right, and hair fixed. She was funny - even when she got mad (don't think she really got mad) - she would act in a way that would make you laugh your butt off. She had a lot of "spit" to her and would tell it like it is. I regret not seeing her for the past several years. I practically lived at your house Karen during the summer when your family first moved to Great Bridge. I loved your grandma's room over the garage. I remember after she would eat dinner, she would eat something sweet to "get the taste out of her mouth" as she would say - (funny the things we remember.) I know you will truly miss her. Not many people live to be 96 - she was a tough lady. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow.

Condolence: The picture of my Grandma (G-Maw as we called her) is the way I want to remember her smiling face. She could fill a room with laughter in no time at all. When I was little I always wanted to spend the night at her house. She had twin beds but I always made her sleep in the same twin bed with me. She would sneak in the other bed when I was sleeping. If I woke up in the night I would say GRANDMA! and she would come back and sleep with me. She lived with me from the 9th grade until I got married. We had so many good times that I can't begin to tell them all. There will never be another one like her in my life so that makes me cherrish her more. I will miss her just like i have missed my mom for the last 13 years. We used to be a team my G-ma, mom and me. I will miss her every day for the rest of my life. R.I.P. and know you will be truly missed by your granddaughter Karen.

Condolence: I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to the family of "G-Ma". She was "one of a kind". I never was around her when she didn't make me laugh and blush at the same time. I was honored to have known her during my teens & adult years and I know she leaves behind a gap in a lot of lives but the memories of her will remain in our hearts forever. Love, Terry

Condolence: Aunt Nora was one of the funniest Great Aunt's I've ever had, it was always a pleasure being around her, she could always make you laugh. Even though I haven't been around her much since my granddaddy passed I always knew she was there. I love you Aunt Nora, may you rest in peace.
