The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mary Jean Flanagan can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Dearest Albert, My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. You and your mother had a unique relationship. She adored you!!!!! Death is not the end, but the beginning of life (Psalm 49:15) She had her faith and was "ready" to be with her glorious God and her beloved husband. My heart breaks for your sadness. Time will heal your broken heart. You will think of all the wonderful times with your mom. There are many family gatherings we could speak of. Weddings, holidays, just visits and gatherings, etc. Cherish those memories!! They will remain with you forever. At family gatherings she loved to talk and to eat. She loved her faith, her family(you, Dk. grandchildren, greatgrand children), her work(nursing) and she spoke of it all with pride and joy. Lastly, you couldn't have had a better soul mate by your side all the way-your loving wife Gail. Take Care of yourself. Love you, Ella (linda)
