CHESAPEAKE—Marjorie Curtis Mann Bray, 92, of the 500 block of Spurlock Court, went to be with the Lord on February 9, 2004 in Barco, NC. A native of East Lake, NC, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Cincinnati Pinner Curtis and the wife of the late Lawrence Bray, Sr. She was a retired recreational director with Norfolk Recreation Center and a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Rivers B. Holland and her husband, Richard, of Kitty Hawk, NC and Rita B. Sorey and her husband, Lee, of Chesapeake; one son, Lawrence Bray, Jr. and his wife, Kay, of Chesapeake; seven grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Graham Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel with Rev. Robert Sowder officiating. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Gideons International, P. O Box 1102, Chesapeake, VA 23327.
