CHESAPEAKE--Lucille M. Richardson, 93, of the 1300 block of Freeman Avenue went to be with the Lord on March 10, 2004 in Chesapeake. A native of Portlock, Norfolk County, she was the widow of Frank Jennings Richardson and the daughter of the late Oliver S. and Alice Gibson Mills. Mrs. Richardson was a former member of the Rosemont Christian Church and the Greenbrier Congregational Christian Church and had attended the Kempsville Presbyterian Church for the past several years. She was the last living charter member of the First Senior Citizens Club of Chesapeake.

Surviving are three daughters: Carol R. Kent and her husband, Daniel and Jeanette R. Clifton, all of Chesapeake and Lucile R. Younger and her husband, Bob of Virginia Beach; six grandchildren, Christopher J. Kent and Dr. Dana E. Kent, both of Chesapeake, Wayne Clifton, Angela J. Ratliff and Amy M. Younger, all of Virginia Beach and Michael S. Younger of Spring, TX; two great granddaughters, Kathryn E. Sears and Jaida Ratliff; and one great grandson, Caleb M. Sears.

A funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. in Graham Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel with Rev. Amos Eby officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. and at the residence at other times. Friends may sign the guest register at www.grahamfuneralhome.com
