My beloved brother

My brother was amazing. He was one of he most gifted carpenters and craftsman I have ever known. Joe was so funny. When I went to the hospital to see him he was on his hospital bed doing one armed push ups. He was so strong all the way to the end and he clung to life and did not want to let it go. One day, I went into his hospital room and he said "Uh oh" I guess I'm going to die, Vivian's here. I asked him if I looked like an angel or what. He gave me that silly grin of his. He will be greatly missed and his workmanship is all over Virginia Beach. Everything he did was beautiful. The amazing woodworking skills and love for people are what he will be remembered for.
