Obituary for Gladys Mae Johnson (Sawyer)
Gladys Mae Johnson, 88, passed away with her family by her side December 24, 2012. Born in North Carolina, she was a long time resident of the South Norfolk area.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 70 years, James M. Johnson, Sr.; her son, James M. Johnson, Jr. and his wife Nancy; and a grandson, James Devin “J.D.” Johnson.
A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held Friday, December 28, 2012 at 11 am in Riverside Cemetery. Graham Funeral Home will be caring for arrangements. Please visit her book of memories at www.grahamfuneralhome.com to leave a note to the family.
