Francy Bradshaw Bliss, 62, passed away June 1, 2016. Francy was born in Princess Anne County to the late Wilbur and Norma Bradshaw Murphy. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Lewis Westmoreland; sisters, Nancy Murphy, Margaret Hubbard and Grace Carver; and nephew, Richie Byrd. She worked at K-Mart for 41 years, most recently as a Data Entry Lead and as a trainer.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Christine L. Hilliard (Jim); son, Christopher D. Milligan (Anna); sisters, Janice R. Joplin (Gary), Edna M. Arkey (Stephen), and Norma G. Murphy; brother, Daniel W. Murphy (Sharon); grandchildren, Austin, Sienna, Caitlyn, Hamish, Cody, Sydnee, and Jenna; great-grandchildren, Kynslee and Kahleya; loving caregiver and niece, Jody Iacovetto; and a host of other family and friends.

A service to celebrate her life will be held Monday, June 6, 2016 at 11:00 am at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake with a reception to follow.
