This picture is of Eddie and two of his Navy buddies; Les & Warren. It was taken in April of 2013; at Warren's 60th wedding anniversary party. The guys have stayed in touch for over 65 years. Eddie will be missed!

Mr. Dowell was also a Boy Scout Leader
Mr. Dowell was Assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 221 while I was a Scout. He helped a lot of boys and was a great role model. I earned Eagle Scout and no doubt in part due to Mr. Dowell's example, I have stayed active as a Scout leader. Both my sons earned...
