DeLayne Parham  Harlowe
CHESAPEAKE- DeLayne Parham Harlowe, 60, passed away peacefully May 9, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Billy Parham and Helen Hauser. She was a very charitable person, an avid reader and a member at Centerville Baptist Church where she enjoyed working performances and plays with the Worship Team.
Besides her mother, left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Lelia “Lee” Harlowe; step-son, Michael Harlowe; grandchildren, Shane, Ian, Rebekah, Gabriel and Elizabeth; sisters, Ann May and Teresa Landenberger; brothers, Steve and Greg Parham and a special aunt, Margaret Dill. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edgar “Jack” W. Harlowe, III and daughter, Rebekah Harlowe.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at 3 p.m. with Rev. Kevin Ritter officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Please visit www.grahamfuneralhome.com where you may view the service if unable to attend or leave a note to the family.
