CHESAPEAKE--Christopher R. Oglesby, 21, of Lilac Avenue passed away suddenly December 6, 2009. Christopher was born in Virginia Beach July of 1988 and was a 2006 graduate of Indian River High School.

He is survived by his loving mother, Michelle L. Best and her husband, Jonathan; his father, Robert L. Oglesby, Jr.; brothers, Joshua S. Oglesby and Jon Austin Best; maternal grandparents, Howard L. and Sandra C. Honious; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He and the love of his life, Ashton Rittenhouse, were expecting their first child in January, Madison Michelle Oglesby.

A graveside service will be held Friday 10 a.m. at Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach with Pastor Chris Amos officiating. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home, Chesapeake on Thursday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Please share a memory with the family at www.grahamfuneralhome.com
