Condolence: When I watched my dad Charles Belfi graduate college in Tennessee when I was 18 he was amazing and I remember thinking I could never do that. I have done exactly as he has but I didn’t know if it were possible and never thought I could. Charles Belfi has and always will be my inspiration. With hugs, kisses, and love, your daughter forever!

Charlie's life was a gift to us all, especially to those of us so deeply blessed by his ministry, and your ministry with him, as Conveners of Tidewater Chapter, Order of St. Luke. Your dedication, sacrifice, and love for others, as a team, supported and advanced the Lord's healing ministry through OSL. Your and Charlie's examples of patience and faith, in many trials throughout the years, honored the Lord. We are all enriched not only by Charlie's example, but by your example, together, of love and caring for the body of Christ, through the ministry of OSL and in many other ways. We rejoice that Charlie now enjoys that complete healing: the Lord's faithful promises come to full fruition, and we look forward, with you, to that time we will all be seated with the Lord, at His table of eternal celebration. Many thoughts and prayers go out to you, Ellen, from your OSL family, in Tidewater and in Region 2. We trust the Lord will comfort, bless and lead you by His strong Presence today and always.
