CHESAPEAKE - Catherine Joy Frugard, 48, of the 3600 block of Cornick Avenue, died September 6, 2007 in Chesapeake. A native of Norfolk, she was the daughter of Christeen Blevins Arnold of Chesapeake and the late Ingle B. Arnold. She was a member of Southside Church of Christ.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, Jan G. Frugard; one son, Nicholas W. Cowan and a grandson, Aldrahn Cowan, both of Chesapeake; two sisters, Wanda Blynn of Selinsgrove, PA and Dorothy Christensen of Chesapeake; and two nieces, Amanda Blynn and Sarah Blynn, both of Chesapeake.

A memorial service will be held on Monday at 7 p.m. in Graham Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel with Rev. Joe Huxford officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Please share a memory with the family at www.grahamfuneralhome.com.
