I only know about Miss Doris through her daughter, Karen Crawford. Karen's love, devotion and respect for both of her parents are a testimony to her mother as well as her father. I know from our conversations that Karen was raised in a true Christian home with all the love two girls could want. Mrs.Smith set a Godly example for Karen, and I know she is so proud of the woman she has become due to loving, Christian parents. Karen is an inspiration to her friends here in Albany. It will be hard to adjust to losing a mother, but wonderful memories are a great comfort after the pain subsides. She has truly gone "home."
