Dearest Mom, it is June 1, 2021 and you know what that means. A warm summer full of work. The yard & planting of gorgeous flowers something you and I loved so much. The yard is beautiful & the plants are growing. I still have the four O'clocks plants I got 61 years ago from you and grandma when I was 8 years old. You and I grew them every year and loved the colors. they are growing and every morning I go out to the porch and think of you and Granny High and celebrate the love we all had for each other and the love of our plants.
