My mom is was and always will be the strongest and most beautiful woman I know. She has been through a lot of ups and downs in her life and unfortunately the downs outweighed the ups but through it all, she went about her days with a smile on her face. Growing up she was very strict and back then I thought that she was just being mean but as I grew older and became a mom, i thank God that she was. She loved to cook which unfortunately I did not inherited from her because I'm a prep the food put it into oven and walk away kind of cook. i think her favorite part of the house is the kitchen. She will put some poundage on you that's for sure. I think my husband married me for her cooking and I'm sure that she's up there cooking right about now. I willl forever be blessed to have been given birth and loved by this remarkable woman. Thank you for being my mom! Mahal Kita.
