Charles Wallace Orr
Charles Wallace Orr, 72, passed away February 12, 2017 at his residence with his family by his side. Charles was the son of the late Albert and Ruth Carr Orr. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a daughter, Tamara Orr. He was raised Roman Catholic; served his country in the United States Navy and was a veteran of Vietnam War retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer 3. Charles was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association Branch #99 and the American Legion; he was also a former Boy Scout leader.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, of 52 years, Edy Orr; daughter, Shayla Orr; sons, Jim and Jason Orr; sister, Ruth Greathouse; and brother, John Orr.
Prayers will be offered on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 10 a.m. followed by full military honors at Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. Please visit www.grahamfuneralhome.com to view the service if unable to attend and to leave a condolence to the family.
