VIRGINIA BEACH- Alexander Morgan Hoover, 20, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes, September 17, 2015. He was born in Chesapeake, VA to Allen F. Hoover, Sr. and Jackie M. Hoover. He was a kind, fun loving young man who had a sense of adventure and enjoyed movies and computers.
Besides his parents, left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Karren Symonds (Terry) and Susan Ruthruff (Mark); brother, Allen F. Hoover, Jr. (Alice) and numerous other loving family and friends.
