Jean Bagley Moon, 89, passed away May 25, 2017. Jean was born in South Norfolk to the late James and Corrine White Bagley. She was the second youngest of 21 children. Jean was a member of Chesapeake Avenue United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Niner's Senior Citizens Club, a charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary Fraternal Order of the Eagles #795, a charter member of the Chesapeake General Hospital Auxiliary, and an avid fundraiser and supporter of Relay For Life: Family Ties Team.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Tom Chastain (Priscilla S.) and Ronald "Ron" G. Chastain (Mary Ann); step-daughter, Lynda Tolson (Paul); four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brother, Robert "Buddy" Bagley (Peggy); and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services,1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 6-7:30 p.m. A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Riverside Memorial Park, 1000 E. Indian River Road, Norfolk. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society/Relay For Life, c/o Linda Carlile, 1229 Eagle Way, Chesapeake, VA 23322 in her memory.
