CHESAPEAKE- Ruby Marie Louvett, 83, passed away November 2, 2015. She was born in South Norfolk, VA to the late Thomas and Carrie Allsbrook Jennings. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband, Lloyd Earl Louvett; grandson, Jessie McClenney and brother, Carl Bruce Jennings. Ruby enjoyed cooking, working in the yard and square-dancing. But most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Darleen McClenney (Steven); sons, Lloyd David Louvett (Tiffany) and Roger Keith Louvett (Mary); 6 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Miriam Berry and numerous other loving family and friends.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 1pm at Graham Funeral Home, Chesapeake with Pastor Tracy Gregory officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-7:30pm.
