Condolence: When I hear the name "Jean Merchant", I immediately think of Tabernacle Baptist. It was her life and joy for so many years. Whenever Kirk and I came home on furlough, we knew where we could find Jean!! She worked in the mailroom for years and was always ready to help out anybody who walked through those office doors. She had a smile for everyone and usually something cheery to say! She loved Kirk because he had the same joy for life. I thank God for her daughter who faithfully continued to make sure she was in the services. While Jean had forgotten who many of us were, there was no way we were going to forget her!! She was a Tabernacle Icon. We will certainly miss her when we get back to the States but so glad that she is safely home. Condolences to the family.

Condolence: We are thankful for the life and ministries of Ray and Jean Merchant. They leave a great legacy of strong testimony for our Lord and Savior. We know we will be able to fellowship with them for eternity. We are praying for the family!
