Virginia Beach : Michael David Combs, 27, unexpectedly was called home to the Lord on October 25, 2012. A lifetime resident of Virginia Beach, he was born to the late Robert Combs and Pearl Combs. He loved Jesus. He also enjoyed kayaking, hiking, fishing, and camping. Much like his father, he had a passion for photography, coffee, and Volkswagens. Michael was a shift supervisor at Starbucks, and his customers loved him.
Left to cherish his memory besides his mother Pearl, are his sisters, Cynthia Combs, Merry Combs, and Janelle Combs-Morillo and her husband Omar; his brother, Bob Combs, Jr. and his wife Holly; 2 nephews, Caleb and Rafael; and a niece, Hannah. He is also remembered by Amanda Owens and the Owens family, and many additional beloved friends and relatives.
A service to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Graham Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6-7:30pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Michael D.
