CHESAPEAKE-Teresa Bautista Dava, 84, of Chesapeake, VA, passed February 10, 2012. She was born in Obando, Bulacan Philippines on October 15, 1927. She was the wife to the late Eduardo C. Dava. She graduated with a degree in education/teaching from Far Eastern University, Manila.
She is survived by her children, Wilhemina Garcia; Maria Salve Balagtas & husband, Roy; Maria Lourdes Delacion & husband, Josue; Edison Dava & wife, Marivic; and Eduardo B. Dava, II; grandchildren, Sherrierose, Francis John, Mark Raymond, Regina Marie, Christopher Ryan, John Edward, and Erin.
The rosary and prayers will be said at Graham Funeral Home Sunday at 6:30 p.m. The family will receive friends following the prayers till 9 p.m. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, 9 a.m. at St. Matthews Catholic Church with Father J.
