I remeber our talks we had. They may have been far and view in between. But you gave me the most insight. You were the most peaceful with the gentlest soul. I have admired you throughout my life. I look up to you in so many way Uncle Bill. But, one thing I know is, though I can't be there in person my thoughts and prayers are with the family. I know you understand. One thing you always said is you can't finish until you get started. So I am getting started today. A new day and a new me. I live you forever and ever. Keep watch over my family. And thank you for becoming my Phe'Dre's guardian angel. Help watch over her and steer her in the right path as you have done me for many years. Light up that room baby. Like you always do. Until we meet again. Your loving niece, Crystal Faith Lincoln

Billy was a brother to me and Eddie Lee, we loved and still love him. He was always there when needed and helped us. Never an argument or any grudges. He and Eddie Lee played games for hours and loved being together. Such a great man, he is in our hearts forever.

I've known Billy over 30 years and watched him be a husband, father, grandfather, son (in-law) and grandson (to my parents). And he did a great job in each role. He faced many tests with blended families, tough job markets, life changes and finally cancers. He always kept his cool, held steady, showed strength and love to his family. A TRUE MAN!! I learned from this young man and am so PROUD of him, his toughness and the unlimited love he shared with family and good friends. He dug in to beat this cancer, fought it hard and won the first time,; then it snuck in a second time and he fought it to the end. And it died, but he fooled it. Billy moved on to Heaven, to a new life with no pain. He's a true fighter. Don't think I could have been so strong. I will miss him but know we will meet again. To my daughter....I am so PROUD of how you have stuck by your husband, always showing your love and care for him and still kept your life going at work and elsewhere. I love you so much Toby. A very STRONG woman! Shirley and Bill, from the bottom of my heart...THANK YOU BOTH so much for all the support and work you have each done for Billy and Toby. And to the Lincoln (as in Abraham) Family.....thanks for all the memories you have shared and will share in the future. Love is eternal, so is our love for Billy.
