Obituary for William Dewey Harrell Jr.
William "Bill" Dewey Harrell, Jr., 78, passed away April 18, 2021. Bill was born in Norfolk, Virginia to the late William, Sr. and Lucile Powell Harrell. He was a graduate of Oscar Smith class of 1960 and a 1964 graduate of the College of William and Mary. Bill retired as a Court Services Director for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of over 56 years, Lynne F. Harrell; sons, Jamie and Isaac; brother, Alan O. Harrell (Judy); sisters-in-law, Dale Craver (Burke) and Laurie Card (Steve); and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
