Timothy Stanley Sheppard, 75, passed away December 28, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Timothy was born in Bayou La Batre, Alabama to the late Charles and Elva Steiner Sheppard. He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War and retired as an electrical engineer from Mayport Florida Naval Base. Timothy enjoyed visiting with his family and friends and especially his grandchildren. He had many varied and diverse interests. Timothy was passionate about a good game of cards and had an eye for photography. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and you could frequently find him reading a good sci-fi novel. Timothy loved classic rock music and he enjoyed watching movies and was a big fan of science fiction, war time dramas, and westerns. Timothy fully embraced the digital age and was talented in building computers which he would use to surf the internet, game online, and reconnect with long lost friends and loved ones in Germany, a place he loved to visit very much. A kind and generous spirit, he would always be there for his loved ones to lend a hand.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving children, Wendy L. Wilkinson and James D. Sheppard (spouse, Wendy); sister, Maxine Lee; brother, Charles D. Sheppard; grandchildren, Alannah Gurecki, Zachary Wilkinson, Cecilia Pignato, and Aaron and Evan Sheppard; great-grandchildren, Alice Griffith and Elijah Meadows; and the Henson and Johnson families.
