Sammy Cale Bolin, 74, passed away July 30, 2022. Sammy was born in Sparta, Tennessee to the late James H. and Elsie Jernigan Bolin. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his beloved wife, Patricia Smith Bolin. Sammy retired from Chesapeake Parks and Rec and was an iron worker and member of the Iron Worker local #79. He was a longtime member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Chesapeake.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Danny Bolin and his wife, Kristen, Angie Harris; Nick Bolin and his wife, Katherine; brother, Robert Bolin sister, Carolyn Lewis; two grandchildren; and numerous extended family members and dear friends.
The family will receive friendsTuesday, August 2, 2022 from 6-8pm at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Rd. Chesapeake. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 11am at Immanuel Baptist Church, 1012 N. Battlefield Boulevard, Chesapeake.
