Bob, Carol, and Andy

We just heard about the passing Of Aunt Phyllis and wanted to offer our condolences. She was always very gracious to our families and mother. She kept in touch through Christmas cards and phone calls. She was our father's only sibling and that was special to all of us. It was nice to see her on our visits to the Outer Banks!

We met Phyllis and Bob at GBUMC when they first moved here. They were wonderful people who loved to share their stories, their travel plans and their help, especially with covered dish meals at church. I will always remember the twinkle in her eyes as we sat and spoke every Sunday at church. May you cherish their memories and have peace and comfort knowing they are together again. Dale McClure

My husband and I met Mrs. Papp at Great Bridge UMC. She would share stories of her life, especially her travel stories. I loved that she cruised as a single. She always had a smile and a twinkle in her eye. I will miss chatting with her. May her memory always bring a smile to your heart.

My condolences to her family. I met Bob and Phyllis at church shortly after they moved here. They were wonderful interesting people and we always enjoyed visiting with them. Phyllis was a great cook. Anytime we had a covered dish dinner at church, my husband always asked me to find out what she brought as he wanted to make sure he got some of her delicious offering. Phyllis was in my Sunday School class and sat right across from me. It was a joy to be in her company. I shall miss her.
