Phillip Richard Blake, 86, passed away September 30, 2020. Phillip was born in Youngstown, Ohio to the late Paul and Annie Hyde Blake. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his loving wife, Joan T. Blake.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving son, Kevin Blake and his wife Denise; friend and companion, Nancy Gale Rakestraw; sister, Carolyn A. Scott; brother, William Blake; 3 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
