Peggy Fisher Davis passed away December 19, 2022 at the age of 87. Peggy was born in Hickory, NC to the late William C. and Pauline Little Fisher. Peggy was a faithful member of Rosemont Christian Church, Chesapeake and retired as a Bookkeeper with the Chesapeake Public Schools.

Peggy is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Joseph L. Davis, Jr.; her children, J. Lynn Davis, III (Lisa), W. Scott Davis (Jackie) and Susan Davis Guithues (Daniel); grandchildren, Brooke Ashlee, Brett, Kelsey, Maggie, Colleen, Brad, Caleb and Amanda; two great grandchildren, Jaxon and Riley; a brother, John Fisher (Carolyn); and her best friend, Carlyn Joyce.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, from 11 - 12 noon at Rosemont Christian Church, 3505 Bainbridge Blvd, Chesapeake. A service to celebrate her life will begin at 12 noon with Pastor Mark Gorgans officiating. She will be laid to rest at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
