It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Patricia “Pat” Dianne Marshall, our loving and devoted mother, cherished wife of our father, and friend to all whose lives she touched. On June 23, 2020, Pat was called home to Heaven at the age of 66. Patricia was born to Robert T. Ward, Sr. and Georgia Mae Powers Ward Matney and was pre-deceased by her son Johnnie Lee Marshall, Jr.
Patricia, a devoted wife and a loving mother, was loved by all who had the pleasure of meeting her. She had a heart of gold and would not hesitate to help anyone in need. Formerly from Virginia, she settled in Camden, NC and retired after 32 years of service to Slipow, Robusto, and Kellam Law Firm of Virginia Beach, VA. Her favorite past times were cooking, collecting (dolls, plates, and coins), genealogy research, and gathering items for her local food bank.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 51 years, Johnnie Lee Marshall, Sr. and three daughters, Jennifer Lynn Marshall, Melissa Dianne Gallimore, and Lisa Marie Marshall. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Virgil Allen Rawlins, Jr., Alexis Faye Gallimore, Trenton Lee Gallimore, Nathaniel Lee Marshall, Ashley Marie Cook, and Aniya Madison Marshall, and one great grandchild, Amelia Mary Rawlins. She leaves behind two brothers, Steven D. Ward and David C. Ward and was pre-deceased by her siblings Robert T. Ward Jr., Roger D. Ward, Danny R. Ward Sr., Donnie Ward, and Judy Ward. She will be dearly missed by all.

Chesapeake, VA on Friday June 26, 2020 from 2 - 3 pm with a memorial service to celebrate her life beginning at 3pm with Pastor Mike Plasters officiating.
