Obituary for Patricia Dianne Cartwright
CHESAPEAKE- Patricia “Dianne” Cartwright, 64, passed away with her family by her side on December 17, 2019. She was born in Elizabeth City, NC to the late Clinton Nathan Trueblood, Jr. and Selma Louise Pierce Pritchard. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving stepfather, Luke Pritchard and K-9 companion, Lucy. Dianne was a loving, caring, gentle soul who loved caring for animals and being outdoors tending to the birds and the flowers. She also enjoyed camping, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 44 years, Robert Lee Cartwright, Jr.; son, Robert Shane Cartwright, sister, Gina Trueblood; mother-in-law, Martha Hill (George); special K-9 companion, Lacy; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on January 2, 2020 at 4pm at Grace Baptist Temple, 1101 Burns St, Chesapeake, VA 23320. Please take the time to leave a note to the family or share a story.
