Obituary for Pamela Rhodes Davenport
Pamela Rhodes Davenport, 62, went to her heavenly home on December 19, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents George (Jimmy) and Margaret Anne Rhodes. Left to honor her memory are her sons, Douglas “DW” Hughes and wife Kim, and Emerson Davenport and his wife Melissa; brothers, Jimmy and Tommy Rhodes and Howard Vickers; sisters, Roxanne Rhodes Smith and Patricia Rhodes Gallagher; 5 grandchildren, Dylan, Kimberlyn and Katlyn Hughes, and Emerson and Vanna Davenport; 2 great-grandchildren; and her lifelong “Bestie” friend, Debbie Morton.
Her ceremony will be private with her immediate family. At Pam’s request, please consider a donation to your favorite rescue center in lieu of flowers.
A celebration of Pam’s life will be held at her sister Patricia Rhodes Gallagher’s house, 900 Ballylinn Rd. Virginia Beach on January 12, 2019 between 11-3pm.
