Obituary for Nell Frances Owens White
Nell Frances Owens White, 88, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 21, 2021. She was born in Henderson, NC to the late Chester H. and Jennie Lamb Owens. She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God where she led the Intercessory Prayer Group.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 69 years, Merle Nelson White; children, Herbert “Wayne” White, Pamela K. Strickland, David R. White and his wife Leslie; and four grandchildren, Gabriel, Brittnay, Morgan, and Miranda.
The family is inviting friends to pay respects Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Calvary Assembly of God, 4925 Providence Rd, Virginia Beach, VA from 10am-11am. A Celebration of her life will begin promptly at 11am with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
