They say time heals and makes us forget, but what we shared can never be erased. You will be in my heart until my last breath. I love you, Mike. Please look back for me, as you cross thru the gates of heaven. I’ll be waiting for that day when we can be together again.

Mother asked me to post this for her. She still doesn’t quite get all this technology.

Mike, I’m so sorry you had to make the journey from this world alone. My mom, Shirley would have wanted to be by your side as you slipped into the sea of the next world. Life’s events often derail our best planning and wishes. Thank you for the love and stability you gave my mother and the support you gave my brother and sisters. I will be eternally grateful she had you in her life. Sail on sailor and know this port call was one where you left many who will not forget you.

Uncle Mike had a lot of character and we enjoyed every visit we shared with him and Aunt Shirley.
He was in pain the last few times but his kind, quiet demeanor was always there.
Our condolences go to all of his family and loved ones,.
Peace be with you all during your sorrow.
