Obituary for Melissa Gayle Laguitan
Melissa Gayle Laguitan, 43, went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2022. Melissa was born in San Diego, California to Danny and Elisa Evangelista Laguitan. She was a dedicated teacher at Christopher Farms Elementary School. She also gave countless hours volunteering and participated in many relays for life.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving parents, Danny and Elisa; her brother, Michael and his wife, Yolanda; her sister, Mae; nieces, Sierra, Madisen and Penelope; countless friends and friends who have became family.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 3 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, with Rev. Amos Eby officiating.
