Mary Katherine Frazier, 67, passed away February 14, 2022. Mary was born in Maryland to the late Joseph and Bennie Middleton Cesarski. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Cesarski. Mary spent many years dedicating her life to the children of the W.W. Houston Boys and Girls Club where she was fondly known as "Ms. Frazier". She spent 20+ years enriching the lives of children in her care for which she was more recently given the "Legend Award", before joining her "second family" at Citi Bank. Mary was a longtime, active member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving sons, Bruce A. Frazier (Erin), Christopher M. Frazier, and Andrew S. Frazier (Courtney); sisters, Jo Ann Wilcox (Billy), Susan C. Cesarski, Sophie J. Young, Karen L. Woolard (Norwood); grandchildren, Joshua Sereda, Jacob Sereda, Taylor Frazier, Grayson Frazier, and Lily Frazier.

A service to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake with Deacon Robert Wash officiating.
