Linda Coggeshall Phelps, 73, passed away on October 25, 2020. She was born to Jerry J. and Ruth Coggeshall in Norfolk, VA. She was predeceased by a son, Brian J. Phelps. She is survived by her husband, Dennis, two daughters, Kathryn Harlow (Joel) and Cheryl Taylor (Tony), son, Tim Phelps (Lynn) and 22 grand and great grandchildren.
