Judith Parker Kolts, 87, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021. She was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Charles Arthur and Mary Louise Parker. She graduated from South Norfolk High School shortly after married Roger Harry Kolts whom she spent the rest of her life with. She raised their 3 children before starting a new career with the Chesapeake Public School System. After retirement, she enjoyed trips with her husband and family to the Outer Banks where they enjoyed the beach, sun, and salt filled air as much as possible.
Judith was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother; her family was everything to her. Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband of 68 years, Roger Harry Kolts; son, Brent Kolts and his wife Kathy; daughters, Donna Phaneuf and her husband Bill Gray, Laurie Griswell and her husband Tommy; seven grandchildren, Megan, Mallory, Devon, Nancy, Ashley, Nikki, and Austin; five great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family and dear friends.
