Joseph A. Diaz Jr., 76, retired tool and die maker, passed away peacefully in his home in Chesapeake November 10, 2022. Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Sarah Diaz; daughter, Selena Cullipher; stepson, William A. Roberts; stepdaughter, Pamela Williams, and her husband Dean Williams; three brothers; two sisters; and wonderful neighbors.
